Our Quality Assurance Direction
River Mount is committed to building a responsible, transparent, and quality-focused online learning environment. As a developing institute, River Mount is currently strengthening its academic structure, student support systems, curriculum documentation, faculty planning, learning management process, assessment methods, and administrative procedures.
At this stage, River Mount has not received institutional or programmatic accreditation from any accreditation body. However, River Mount is actively preparing its internal documentation and quality assurance framework to support future accreditation and certification activities.
Our goal is to develop programs, policies, and student services that can meet recognized standards for online education, professional learning, academic integrity, student support, and continuous improvement.
Current Accreditation Status
River Mount is currently in the preparation stage for selected accreditation and quality assurance pathways. These activities are part of our long-term institutional development plan.

River Mount has not yet been granted accreditation by EAHEA, QAHE, ACBSP, or DEAC. Any future accreditation, certification, candidacy, eligibility, or approval status will be announced only after it is formally granted by the relevant organization.
Preparation for EAHEA
River Mount is preparing documentation and institutional materials for future review by the European Association for Higher Education Advancement, known as EAHEA. This preparation includes academic policies, program information, organizational structure, student support processes, and quality assurance documentation.
The purpose of this preparation is to support River Mount’s future engagement with international quality assurance practices. River Mount will not represent itself as accredited by EAHEA unless and until such recognition is officially granted.
Preparation for QAHE
River Mount is also preparing for possible quality assurance review through the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary and Higher Education, known as QAHE. This preparation supports River Mount’s broader goal of developing transparent academic procedures, student-centered services, and documented institutional standards.
The preparation process includes reviewing internal policies, online learning support, student communication methods, assessment practices, and administrative systems. River Mount will publish any future QAHE-related status only after formal confirmation is received.
Preparation for ACBSP
River Mount is preparing selected business-related academic plans with future programmatic accreditation goals in mind. The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs, known as ACBSP, is being considered as part of River Mount’s long-term quality planning for future business and management programs.
At this time, River Mount’s proposed MBA programs are under review by the appropriate regulatory authority. Therefore, River Mount is not presenting any MBA program as approved, accredited, or open for enrollment. Programmatic accreditation preparation for ACBSP will continue in alignment with future program authorization, eligibility requirements, and applicable review procedures.
Proceeding Toward DEAC Preparation
River Mount is also proceeding toward preparation for future distance education accreditation with the Distance Education Accrediting Commission, known as DEAC. This is part of River Mount’s long-term plan to strengthen its online education model, student services, academic operations, and institutional quality systems.
River Mount understands that distance education accreditation requires careful planning, documented policies, academic consistency, learning outcome assessment, student support, financial responsibility, and continuous improvement. For this reason, River Mount is building its systems step by step before making any formal public claim of accreditation status.
River Mount is not currently accredited by DEAC. Any future DEAC-related status will be communicated only after the appropriate process is completed and formally confirmed.
Current Certificate Programs and Future Program Review
River Mount currently offers professional certificate programs in career-focused areas such as software testing, data analytics, DevOps, cloud computing, business analysis, Scrum, cybersecurity, and IT product management. These certificate programs are the current active learning offerings of River Mount.
River Mount has also prepared selected Master of Science and MBA programs for future launch. These proposed programs are currently under review by the appropriate regulatory authority and will be offered only after the required authorization or approval process is completed.
Commitment to Transparency
River Mount believes that students should receive clear and accurate information before making an educational decision. For this reason, River Mount clearly distinguishes between current certificate programs, proposed programs under regulatory review, and future accreditation preparation.
River Mount does not claim accreditation that has not been granted. River Mount does not present proposed programs as approved programs. River Mount does not open enrollment for programs that remain under regulatory review.
This transparent approach reflects River Mount’s commitment to responsible institutional development and student trust.
Continuous Improvement
Accreditation preparation is not only a documentation process. It is also a continuous improvement process. River Mount is using this preparation period to improve academic policies, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, student records, faculty standards, digital learning systems, and student support services.
As River Mount grows, the institute will continue to review its academic and administrative practices to support quality, compliance, and student success. River Mount’s accreditation and certification roadmap reflects its long-term commitment to building a credible, responsible, and well-organized online learning institution.
Internal compliance note: This wording is intentionally safe because it does not claim accreditation, candidacy, eligibility, or approval. DEAC is an institutional accreditor for distance education, while ACBSP focuses on business and business-related program accreditation, so the wording keeps those pathways separate.
