Important Notice Regarding Payment Deadline and Student Account Access

River Mount kindly reminds all students to complete their required tuition or approved payment installment by the assigned payment deadline. Timely payment helps the institute maintain student records, learning system access, academic support, and program-related services without interruption.

If a student is unable to complete payment by the deadline, the student should contact River Mount as early as possible. River Mount understands that students may sometimes face unexpected financial or personal situations, and the administrative team may review the matter based on the student’s communication, payment history, and available options.

If payment remains incomplete for more than two weeks after the official payment deadline, the student’s account may be temporarily suspended. This may include temporary restriction of access to the learning management system, academic materials, student services, and other program-related resources.

A temporary suspension is not intended to be a disciplinary action. It is an administrative step used to keep student records and payment status properly updated. Once the pending payment is completed, or an approved payment arrangement is confirmed by River Mount, the student’s account may be reviewed for reactivation.

Students are strongly encouraged to communicate before the two-week period ends so that River Mount can provide proper guidance and avoid interruption to their learning access.
